Residential Acceptance Network, Inc. (RAN) was incorporated in October 2001. At that time we created our "Customer for Life" Benefit (CFL). The CFL Program has saved each of RAN's customers literally thousands of dollars over the years.

After a few years of being in the mortgage business we discovered that some Real Estate Agents were not servicing our mortgage customers with the same level of dedication that we provided. We all agreed that this needed to change, and that something needed to be done. We then incorporated RAN Realty, Inc. and have recruited the finest Associates and Brokers of Utah to be part of the RAN Team.

What we found was phenomenal. The working relationship between our Mortgage Consultants and our Real Estate Program Associates made the Purchase process quick and hassle free. It created a true line of communication.

Our RANLife Real Estate Agents actually know and work with the RAN mortgage consultants, underwriters, processors, document drawers, and funders.

In 2008 Residential Acceptance Network and RAN Realty began the process of changing their names to RANLife.  The Utah Real Estate Company has completed their change to RANLife Real Estate and the Mortgage Company is hoping to complete their changes to RANLife Mortgage in early 2009.

RANLife is a dedicated leader in marketing and is currently on track to send over 2 million direct mail pieces nationally this year alone. RANLife has used many different types of media including radio and Cable TV and has plans for an extensive marketing campaign in 2009.

Currently, RANLife runs all of its operations from downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. We currently use 15,000 square feet at this location, and have over 65 employees. The 3rd floor is used for RANLife’s Funding Pool Division (The origination and securitization of mortgages) and the 2nd floor is entirely dedicated to RANLife Real Estate, Inc. and our Strategic Marketing Department (SMD).
